Enertron designs and manufactures a wide range of thermal management solutions and heat sinks to solve today's complicated thermal management problems in the microelectronics industry. Enertron's products, which include a wide variety of heat sinks, heat pipe integrated heat sinks, TEC integrate heat sinks etc., are designed and manufactured specifically for a particular application. In addition to custom thermal solutions, Enertron also offers off-the-shelf thermal solutions including aluminum extrude heat sinks, copper heat sinks for CPUs, heat pipes etc.
