1U Server Heat Sink: AC-1U Heat Sink

The AC-1U Heat Sink meets the heat dissipation requirements for the Intel Pentium 4 CPU. The 1U Heatsink is constructed from a solid piece of copper, and features utilizes thin fin construction. The 1U heat sink fits within the required space for 1U server applications. Thermal performance is determined based on the airflow supplied to the heat sink. The heat sink is mounted using standard clips, which are included. The design can be altered to fulfill other requirements.
